1. Scope of Service

We provide doorstep repair services for household appliances, including:

  • LED TVs

  • Washing Machines

  • Microwave Ovens

  • Refrigerators

  • Air Conditioners (ACs)

All services are provided by independent, trained local technicians under the operational management of ELECTRO CARE.

2. Booking and Charges

  • You may book a service via phone, email, or our website by providing your name, phone number, address, and appliance issue.

  • A flat ₹299 will be charged as inspection/visiting fee, only after your consent.

  • If you proceed with the repair, additional charges will be quoted based on the issue, parts required, and service complexity.

  • You will receive a GST invoice and applicable warranty for completed work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are to be made directly to the technician or via online payment after completion of the service.

  • We do not collect advance payments for inspection or diagnosis.

  • All pricing is shared transparently before any service begins.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty coverage varies based on the type of repair and parts used. The technician will inform you about warranty duration before proceeding.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse of the appliance

    • Physical damage after service

    • Unauthorized tampering

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from brand design flaws, customer negligence, or delayed part availability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel a service request at any time before the technician visits. If cancellation is made after inspection, the ₹299 fee will still apply.

  • Once service is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued unless there is a proven fault in workmanship covered by warranty.

6. Brand Affiliation Disclaimer

We are not affiliated, authorized, or associated with any appliance manufacturer or brand. All references to brand names are for identification purposes only.

7. Advertising & Data Policy

  • We promote our services through Google Ads in Bangalore to reach customers searching for appliance repair.

  • We only collect the following customer information:

    • Name

    • Phone Number

    • Address

    • Appliance issue

We do not collect cookies, browsing behavior, or third-party data. We do not use third-party links or share customer information with external vendors.

8. Website Content and Use
